This hotel in Pristina ticks all the right boxes for a comfortable and convenient stay. the location is perfect, with the city center and all the attractions just a stone's throw away. Secondly, the rooms are spacious and clean, and I especially loved the balcony where I could enjoy the view. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, providing excellent service and ensuring that the free internet was fast and reliable.
While everything else was great, there was a minor issue with the carpet in the room. However, it didn't affect my overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near to the tourist attractions with a helpful/friendly staff. the rooms are modern, clean and comfortable with a nice touch of a balcony. the breakfast was good, and I also enjoyed the complementary in-room fridge and the free internet availability in both the rooms, and the in-house restaurant.
The hotel lacks a parking space, which is quite inconvenient if traveling by car. the second issue is the absence of an elevator, making it tough to carry heavy luggage all the way to the room.

The city is vibrant and offers a variety of activities. The breakfast was sufficient for the cost of the room and we enjoyed having it on the balcony. The location of the hotel was perfect as we were within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants.
Our romantic escape was a complete disappointment. The room looked clean but we found hair on the sheets.
