They gave me well-equipped room with good WiFi. The location was excellent, at a short distance from a cultural heritage monument...

A recommended choice is the double room with great WiFi and a balcony featuring a fridge and glassware.

I liked everything, the room, the service and the hospitality.

The hotel is located in the centre of the city near the pedestrian zone

No elevator . The silicone is smeared in the bath

The atmosphere here is quiet and the location is great, not too far from a modern sculpture.

This hotel in Pristina ticks all the right boxes for a comfortable and convenient stay. the location is perfect, with the city center and all the attractions just a stone's throw away. Secondly, the rooms are spacious and clean, and I especially loved the balcony where I could enjoy the view. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, providing excellent service and ensuring that the free internet was fast and reliable.

While everything else was great, there was a minor issue with the carpet in the room. However, it didn't affect my overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently located near to the tourist attractions with a helpful/friendly staff. the rooms are modern, clean and comfortable with a nice touch of a balcony. the breakfast was good, and I also enjoyed the complementary in-room fridge and the free internet availability in both the rooms, and the in-house restaurant.

The hotel lacks a parking space, which is quite inconvenient if traveling by car. the second issue is the absence of an elevator, making it tough to carry heavy luggage all the way to the room.
